What is QVCT Week?
Organized by ANACT (National Agency for the Improvement of Working Conditions), the Workplace Well-Being Week is a national event aimed at promoting well-being in the workplace.
Difference Between QVT and QVCT
Since March 2022, the term QVT (Quality of Life at Work) has been replaced by QVCT. This change is significant: the QVCT incorporates working conditions (organization, workload, schedules) at the heart of the approach, whereas QVT sometimes focused on more peripheral initiatives.
