10 Creative Ideas for Activities During QVCT Week in 2026

QVCT Week 2026 Activities Quality of Life and Working Conditions Week  is the major annual event designed to put your employees’ well-being at the top of your priorities. Scheduled for June 2026 (under the auspices of ANACT, with the theme “Being a Manager Is a Whole Lot of Work”), this week is the perfect opportunity to organize memorable activities.

If you're looking for a unforgettable QVCT week for your teams in Lille, the Hauts-de-France region, or Île-de-France, here are our top 10 best ideas!

What is QVCT Week (formerly QVT)?

Very soon, “QVCT Week” will replace the former term “QVT” (Quality of Life at Work). The addition of the “C” for “Conditions” allows the term to encompass not only well-being in the office, but also the work environment, organizational structure, and the meaning of work. It is a special opportunity to foster social dialogue and provide opportunities for relaxation and sharing.

Why should your company host a QVCT Week?

Launching targeted initiatives during this national event isn’t just a passing trend—it’s a real driver of performance. Here’s why you should get involved.

Improving Physical and Mental Well-Being

Offering your employees a break helps reduce fatigue and stress. Activities focused on health and socializing help your teams recharge their batteries for the rest of the year.

Strengthen team cohesion and engagement

There’s nothing like doing an activity together outside the strict confines of work to break the ice. These informal moments build connections between different departments and strengthen the sense of belonging to the company.

Preventing Psychosocial Risks (PSRs)

By showing that you care about their quality of life, you’re directly helping to prevent burnout. A happy employee who feels heard is an employee who remains committed over the long term.

The Smoothie Bike Activity

This is the star activity at QVCT! The concept: your employees pedal on an exercise bike equipped with a blender to make their own drinks. It’s fun, 100% eco-friendly (no electricity required), and perfect for combining exercise and health.

The Fresh Fruit Smoothie Bar

If you prefer a more traditional but equally energizing option, the smoothie stand—where a staff member prepares smoothies fresh to order—is the perfect choice. We use only fresh, in-season fruit (no frozen fruit) to ensure authentic flavors.

The ultimate comforting treat. Our stand serving sweet crêpes—prepared right before your guests’ eyes—adds a touch of sweetness and nostalgia that appeals to all generations.

The waffle stand

The aroma of hot waffles will fill your office and draw in all your coworkers. Served with a variety of toppings (chocolate, caramel, sugar), they’re a surefire way to enjoy a great time together.

Italian-Style Ice Cream Stand

A timeless classic! Creamy and delicious, soft-serve ice cream is the star of summer events. We usually offer Madagascar Vanilla and Rich Chocolate, but other flavors are available upon request.

Frozen Yogurt Bar

A lighter—yet just as delicious—alternative. Everyone can customize their plain frozen yogurt with a wide variety of toppings: fresh seasonal fruit (strawberries, raspberries, mango), crunchy cereals (muesli, granola), and indulgent sauces (chocolate, caramel, red berries).

The Panini Stand Activity

Perfect for a fun lunch break, the panini station features crispy toasted bread topped to order with ham, melted cheese, and fresh vegetables. Each guest chooses their own toppings based on their preferences. It’s a savory option that’s quick to serve and enjoyed by everyone. It’s suitable for both small groups and large corporate gatherings.

Granitas

For a touch of color and freshness, try our granitas. We offer fruity flavors like Lemon, Strawberry, Mint, and Tropical. They’re the perfect treat for a sunny afternoon.

To round out this list in style, churros are a surefire hit that everyone loves. These golden, crispy Spanish pastries, dusted with sugar, are served with a rich, creamy hot chocolate sauce. Prepared fresh right in front of your employees, they instantly create a festive and warm atmosphere in your office. It’s the perfect sweet touch to end your QVCT week on a delicious note.

bubble tea

The bubble tea is the trendy drink of the moment, and it’s a huge hit at corporate events. Originally from Taiwan, this beverage—made with brewed tea, milk, or fruit juice, and topped with small tapioca pearls at the bottom of the glass—is as fun to make as it is to drink.

How can a company implement a QVCT plan?

Organizing these activities requires some preparation. Here are the key steps to ensuring your success:

Assess Your Employees' Needs

Before launching your program, survey your teams. What are they looking for? Do they prefer relaxation workshops, sports activities, or gourmet breaks? Listening is the first step toward a good quality of life at work.

Plan a schedule of varied activities

Don't cram everything into a single day. Spread your activities out over the entire week: a healthy breakfast on Monday, a smoothie bike ride on Wednesday, and an ice cream stand to wrap up the week on Friday.

Measuring the Impact of the Actions Taken

Once the event is over, gather feedback through a quick survey. This will allow you to make adjustments for the following year and incorporate best practices into your daily operations.
